Anyone Having Trouble Using Their Blackberry To Access The RX?

I am having difficulty navigating Rx with my BlackBerry.

I can get to the RX forum page: no problem.

I then click on "The Rx Baseball Forum".

I can see/read the top of the page however i can't see the individual posters.

That whole section is pretty much blank.

i can scroll right and see who has posted most recently and if i want to read "falcon/ssi" post and he happens to have posted last in his post then i know it's his postings and i can access his forum that way.

If someone else is the latest poster to his forum i would have no idea how to see his posts.

FWIW, I used to access RX with no issues.

Any ideas?

One more thing: the item/icon that shows up to the left of my BB screen is the envelope looking icon that is to the left of each post.

I have changed the title of this thread and made a copy in the Offshore Forum. Hopefully, other posters who use their Blackberry might comment as well while we await a response from our tech support.

Our tech support has been reviewing the problem and provided a response which I will paraphrase for you.

"......there are no short answers with this problem with the Blackberry and other mobile devices.............the problem lies with the templates used to give the forum its look and feel..............what we are going to do is create a test site (mirror of the forum) and work with the test site to improve the live site so it displays correctly and consistently across mobile devices and web browsers. This may require some give and take to get it right........"

Please be patient as this problem is being worked on and will take some time to resolve. Thanks in advance for your understand.............Ted
